[Resolved] Vodafone — Abuse from vodafone customer care person | |
I was having some problem in my vodafone mobile connection and i tried to talked to customes care people. I was surprised the way the vodafone customer care peoples were reacted. They stated abusing me in Hindi as I was talking to them in Hindi, I was in the shocked. I can imagine worst than this. Can some one take this problem to serious way. Hoping to get some positive response soon. Though I am posting my mail at this column I am trying to get the mail id of Higher responsible person form vodafone and if not than I am going to take this issue to TRAI. hello sir/madam.. I am frequently receiving msg from an unknown number.. this person had known some personal information about me and he/she frequently abusing me by the sms from [protected] of vodafone company....I cant approach the police please help me to find the address of the person… thank you Plz send me the bills on my email id, [protected]@rediffmail.com, my no. is [protected] plz do the needful.
