Vodafone — Cost extra money | |
1. On 13/09/08 at around 10 p.m. a message for Caller Tune activated without my confirmation, then I can't contact with customer care on next day. On 15/09/08(Monday) knowing frm my office I SMS to 144 "CAN CT", then a message come for 'Caller Tune deactivated'. But my balance deducted by Rs.30. Today 18/09/08, till date my balance not adjusted, I have already contact to customer care. 2. Sometimes the call charge deducted @Rs.2/- per unit. When it becomes my knowledge, already my call charge deducted more from balance. After sending SMS TO 144 "ACT ONE" the charge becomes @Rs.1/- per unit. 3. When Vodafone call me for Caller Tune selection if I cancel the call they will deducted Rs.1/- from me showing the massage "Charge for last call to[protected] for Rs.1/- " deducted from my balance. I am not able to connect to Vodaphone Care. I want to get a call from them. Airtel are far much better than the services given by Vodaphone and the full number is not displayed whenver i am receiving call from Phillipines its only +301. My mobile no is[protected]
