When ever I switch on my mobile phone Rs. 2 is automatically charged from my main balance. I talked to the customer care but they are very much reluctant to the problem and they just passed it by saying its a problem from nokia since I am using a nokia handset. Was this information helpful? | |

this must be a software running underlying the set. First of all is it a new of a used set. Many people have the theft safe softwares installed on their mobile to save the cellphones from theft. So these type of software send an sms to a number mentioned while installation on every restart. I would suggest you to check the statement and the sms's sent from your mobile and get the software removed from your cellphone
