[Resolved]  Vodafone — Customer care line disconnected

Myself Pinaki Konar, I can not connect call centre no. 198 & 111 for few days. When I call to the call centre they tell me it will be resolved within 24 hours but till now it is not solved. My cell No. is-[protected]

Vodafone — Disconnected Line

I am using vodafone (post paid), but since this month i have lot of problem with them. I had to pay a bill of Inr 406 and due date was 05Jan and drop the cheque in their BEST drop box on 02Jan....but they didn't got my cheque, though my credit limit is Inr 900 they discontinued my outgoing call.....later i paid them in cash of Inr 410 but after 2 days they completely disconnected my line...(Rejec by Network)...no outgoing call and incoming call..........this is disgusting service provided by one of the best service provider in India......Now i decided to switch on other network.

Vodafone — line disconnect

If in India any operator have worst services than the operator is only Vodafone I buy 2 new Sim card the no is [protected] after a few days the line is disconnect I go to your gallery & submit all documents as per your require with all original paper & the executive is agree that all documents are ok & my line is activate now again my line is disconnected why when all documents are ok
If you know about service than check in your records and if the documents are not proper than why your executive tell me all is ok and activate my line after it now disconnected my line
Only happy to help is a display but in true just manage a panel in a hidden group and ask to customers who visit in gallery and check there view how many people are happy with you
I give you 3 days time to you for activate the no [protected] otherwise I take a legal action against Vodafone
Due to your service today I do a very heavy loss in my business
Now I didn’t ready to visit to your gallery once I give all documents in your gallery please check in your records reply me within 3 days
