My problem is not solved. I want to know when my problem will be solved. This incident really hurts me.. Vodafone customer care executive are not ready to help me, My problem is very serious. I want your attention on following Mobile issue. If company is not ready to help its customer then why people will purchase sim from company. They are only arguing not do their work sincerely.There behavior is very bad. Vodafone provides worst service to its customer. They only change there commitments. First they promise to solve the problem, but now they playing game with me and other customer. I am not going to leave this issue. Because they are cheating they are cheating customer for last two years. My contact number is [protected]. Please contact me in this number. I want your attention on following matter. Because these is very serious case. Rs 320 was debited from my wallet. Previous issue hurts me a lot. Please credit the deduction amount to my account which I have mentioned on 1st march 2012. I want to know the reason why debited amount is not credited to my account. Is there any dispute regarding mobile recharge related problem. Please reply back to my message. Delivered report was 100 % successful. The retailer is not ready to refund the deduction amount. I am in confusion . I am confused.

2. The card used for the recharge with bank name (debit/credit/maestro/visa etc..)

5. Transaction id
6. Amount recharged
7. Was the payment successful?
8. Failure response (if available)

I,Nasreen is a prepaid customer of vodafone([protected]).They are deducting rs 2/- per day from my account on basis of activation of any combo service which i never opted for..i am suffering with this problem from the month of Oct 2010.my complaint no is[protected]...
inspite of repeated calls to there customer care i dint get good response.they told me the procedure to discontinue the combo pack wen i msg on that no got a service msg that this service is not active on your number.i called again and wen i wantd to talk to superviser no one attended my call n my call was put on hold n finally disconnected. its very harrassing bein customer of such a big telecom company.
Now i want to discontinue this service and refund my total amount which is deducted otherwise i have to go consumer court u r not providing good services to the customer i am using vodafone from last 9 yrs wen it was Hutch but now i have to suggest to my relate persons that we shud not use this...

I want to know why deduction of amount was not credited to my SBI acc which I mentioned on 1st march 2012. I want to know the reason why the deducted amount was not credited to my ACC. Sir due to loss of memory, I forgot my mobile phone number . My mobile phone number [protected] instead of it I mentioned wrong number [protected] for which Rs 320 was debited from my wallet that's really hurts me. My problem is not solved till now. All ready 5 days over . I want to when my problem will be solved. Till now debited amount of Rs 320 is not credited to my account. I think corruption play a major role for which debited amount is not credited to my account. I have mention my sbi acc no on 1st march 2012. I want to know why debited amount is not credited to my account. This incident really bothers me. I ant your attention on following mobile related problem. It was not my fault for which Rs 320 was debited from me. I asked the retailer to credited the debited amount. But he is not ready to listen. I have given wrong information the debited amount was Rs 420 not Rs320. I got information from mobile outlet owner. He had shown all details about my recharge but he is not ready to give transaction id. I think the details which I have mention is true according to my knowledge. If you wont solve my problem than see what I am going do. I am going to complain against vodafone to RTI . Vodafone licence will be cancelled and there wont be any vodofone office all over India. Better go to hell. Vodafone service is worst all in all over India.Everybody knows vodafone provide worst service to customer. Nobody interested to use vodafone. I don't care further don't call me.

I am sorry to tell you that my transaction Id has been deleted due to some error. I want to know how important is that transaction id. Actually I got some unnecessary messages, Instead of deleting unnecessary message, I have erased the main transaction id. I want to know without transaction id the debited amount of Rs 320 will not be credited to my account. I want your attention on following mater. I hope my problem will be solved withing limited period of time. I have recharged Rs98 for gprs and Rs 62 for talk time, but due to confusion Rs 320 has been debited from me. I want your concern on following mobile recharge related problem. I am using Sbi debit card - I have recharged Rs 320 on 1st march 2012 on morning 8.45 am, I have made two or three time mistake. Due to confusion Rs 320 debited from me. My payment was 100 % successful. The outlet owner who recharge he had shone me the delivered status, I have seen everything was clearly mentioned. I am 100% sure that Rs 320 has been debited. Outlet owner started giving explanation. He is not ready. I only want my problem should be solved within limited period of time. Because the incident which I faced on 1st march 2012 its really hurts me. I was very depressed. I hope your service will provide best service to me. SIR, MY CELL NO. IS [protected]. I AM A MNP CUSTOMER PORTED FROM AIRTEL THINKING THAT THIS PROVIDER (VODAFONE) WILL SERVE BETTER FOR ME. BUT THIS COMPANY HAS LOOTED ME. YESTERDAY ON 05 DEC 12 MY ACCOUNT WAS DEBITED WITH RS.30 FOR SOME SERVICE CALLED MUSIC WHICH I HAD NOT SUBSCRIBED AT ALL. AGAIN SO MUCH SO THAT MY NO. WAS BLOCKED TO CALL TO CUSTOMER CARE(111) & 198 ALSO SO THAT I CANNOT CALL AND DE ACTIVATE THE SERVICE & QUERY. WHEN I MANAGED TO CALL FROM OTHER FRIEND'S MOBILE NO. I WAS REPLIED BU CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE THAT YOU HAVE ACTIVATED THE SERVICE AND YOUR AMOUNT WILL NOT BE REFUNDED. SIR, THIS KIND OF LOOT THE COMPANY ARE DOING , WHY SHOULD NOT THEY BE PENALIZED FOR THIS|? KINDLY LOOK INTO THE MATTER.
