[Resolved]  Vodafone — Excessive payment of Bill

Respected Sir/Madam,
As per the subject cited above Vodafone Rajasthan e-mailed me a Bill of Rs. 1197. I complaint about the excessive Bill to the https://www.consumercomplaints.in. Vodafone Rajasthan informed me about the adjustment of Rs. 821 Plus Tax in next bill cycle.
That was a good step to go into the investigation of the bill and make adjustment. Meanwhile I made a partial payment (Rs. 1150 on[protected] of the bill in response of frequently sent SMSes regarding bill payment. Now go through the following points:
(i) An amount of Rs. 1150 (against the bill of Rs. 1197) was paid by me was a healthy amount of my monthly expenses. I have to minimize my daily routine expenses of my family. After payment of this amount I have to deffer the purchasing of essential items. Who will compensate this?
(ii) Who will pay me the interest of the Advance Excessive payment?
(iii) However the company has ready to adjust the excessive amount but what about that Mental tension which I experienced during that period (Since the Bill was sent and problem sorted out)?
What will be the compensation of such trouble?

Vodafone — Payment of bill.

Sir,
I am having vodafone post paid connection No [protected]. I deposited a chq of Rs 641 in the drop box at Vodafone mini store, Praveen jain and sons 2/113, Jain Bhawan & sons, 2/11, Jain Bhawan, Sadar bazaar, Delhi Cantt... New Delhi 110010... The bill was paid vide ICICI new delhi ac Cheque no 023541 dated 10 Jul 08.. The chq was deposited in the drop box on 10 Jul 08... . however i am still getting message that the bill is unpaid... i think this is not proper. Meantime a co person also called on my mob and i confirmed that bill has been paid and chq no was also informed ... So let sum one look into matter and take action.

dear sir,
i am using vodafon connection since last 2 years when i took my connection there was the plan to addon ([protected] ) no to ([protected] ) no . so the communication between both no. will b free ...
and i paid the security 1500rs. means 750 rs to each no.
but ur comp. didnt adjust the bill of [protected] in the [protected] no. and we dont want to continue these numbers .when i talked to ur compney members i didnt get any response from there.
kindly adjust my bill in the security money and and let me clear about the rest ammount.. so i will pay the ammount and currently i am using the no [protected]

They were charged (rs230) my msg during deepavalli festival but they not send prior information through msg

i am a vodafone customer .i paid my bill well within the due date it also reflects in my passbook .still i was getting reminders and calls from the vodafone service provider i visited vodafone sevice centre at p. m. road fort and prduce my passbook entry .meanwhile i had spoken to ms Pooja from Prabhadevi and SunnySingh from thesame office.Now my mobilservice has been terminated . People should refrain from using vodafone as there are many complaints for this frodulant company
