HDFC Bank — Customer's harrashment
Dear Customer forum dept,I am Praveen Sharma. I hold a H.D.F.C credit card. I have made a purchase of laptop and converted the payment in 9 EMI . After that, bank says to pay 3 EMi in advance in 1st month. then each month 1 EMI. Then why they callled it 9 EMI. this is a 7 EMI system. they cheated customer. I have contacted bank. they have not satisfied me. They forwarded complain and never revert back. I had a worst banking service from H.D.F.C bank.
