[Resolved] Vodafone — Issues with new Post Paid Connection | |||
Dear sir / madam I called Vodafone customer care for new postpaid connection in Dec end 12. Your customer are rep mr omprakash mobile no [protected] visited me gave me new sim . The new mobile no was [protected]. I put this sim in my mobile it was not working as mobile was showing no sim in 3 different mobiles. I tried to call Omprakash , he didn't pick up the phone. I tried customer care they say you go to store. I don't know which store and why? i even unable to switch the mobile. i dont know What to do? So I applied I more sim on Jan 25, 13.Your customer care representative named Jeeva, Mobile no. [protected] visited at my home he got all the documents and 1 photo on jan 26, 13. He also gave me confirmation slip. The new number given to me is [protected]. It was informed that connection will be activated in 48 hrs and then I will have to call on 117 for verification. But my phone even after 3 days showing out of service area and I unable to do verification. I made call to Jeeva, he is not Even picking mobile or responding sms. I called up around 20 times. i have discuss this matter with customer care vodafone. they are not able to give any satisfactory reply to me as there is no record with them. therfore you are requested to registed my complain against the Jeeva and omprakash and their mobile no given to above. and return my all the documents & photo to the under sign. This is the 2 nd time it has happened. Ultimately now I will never try to get any Vodafone connection as I am unable to get and use from last one month. Vodafone — New Postpaid Connection
Hi,I have cancelled the Citibank Cheque No.-854454, issued against Vodafone New Postpaid connection via Datasys E-services Pvt Limited, New Delhi receitp no.-12755 dated 30/12/2010 as they have make me trust on him to give Postpaid Connection, even after pointing my previous bad experience. But, on next day, i have called 3 to 4 times on the mobile number and they are disconnecting the call. So, before getting next loss of Rs. 250/-, i had cancelled my cheque.
