[Resolved] Vodafone — unable to recharge online and balance getting deducted without any call or message | |||
Hello, I am Nitin Saluja who got my phone number [protected] ported from Idea to Vodafone and since then I am unable to recharge my number online.I have tried to recharge it from a third party website(rechargeitnow.com) and from Vodafone website itself but recharge gets failed.I have written Vodafone numerous mails but they are unable to Identify the problem but its not working anywhere.Also, they are deducting balance unnecessarily, It has happened a lot many times that my phone is in idle status and suddenly I will recieve a message that Rs 3 has been deducted and today when I called Vodafone at 198, I spoke to Mithun Kumar and he completely refused to help me.I told him that I want to register a complaint as It happened in the past as well and I registered a complaint then.He said that call 111 which is not a number for complaint department.When I told him that I will complaint against you then he said that systems are on updation.These guys are not helping me at all rather eating up my money for nothing.
