i had purchased usb stick from vodafone store before few months bt from last some of the months im facing a network problem and speed problem from the network.whnever i complained to the care or at vodafone store they said tht they will get some solution in just few days bt still i m facing the same problem and no one of them asking me about this one

I want cancel it, bec's of I resigned my job from this month, so that i can't pay the bill further.

Vodafone — network problem in postpaid connections
i have been a very old customer of vodafone,nearly about 10-12 years . I am Jitender Chopra,ph-[protected],having this number from last 12years nad facing a very irritating problem of network which is affecting my business too. i have talked to customer care but there has been no response for my problem.My complaint no.-[protected] and i had a conversation with Mr.Prashant at customer care.
so ,consider this problem as soon as possible else i have to take some strong action against your company as well as theteam members.

i have a BSNL LAND LINE MODAM full time used its monthly cost is rs 400 something
for vadafone mobile connect i used only e mail check only
please reduce my bill on mobile connect

i am fed up with this problem and decided that i will close all my numbers from Vodafone, at friday 12/09/08. the manager of customer executives (Surendra chouhan:- [protected]) ensured me that they will improve their network and install the booster to avoid this problem within 2 days otherwise you can close your connection and never paid extra money from this date.
now the customer executive threten me for money and annoying me every time.
The network problem is from company itself then why the customer should bear that amount. Company needs to compensate for this.
