[Resolved] Vodafone — Swap Sim | |||
Dear Sir i have lost my mobile last Sunday (18 nov 2012). I have given information to Police and get DDR from police Station Sarabha Nagar Ludhiana & handover to Mr. Deepak Sharma @ vodafone store, mall road ludhiana on 21st Nov 2012. But mr. Sharma told me "your doc. not update. I have port my mobile Number from Airtel to Vodafone on 25.11.2011 via Vodafone mall road store with all required document and after one hour my number was port in vodafone. After March i have received a call from vodafone customer executive for all document and i have submitted again all my document to mall road vodafone store. but till now my current documents are not update with my number. now my number is stolen and i want to swap my number. Now i m facing problem From 1 week about document which not update by vodfone from Nov' 2011. Sir' kindly sort out my issue immediately. Vodafone Prepaid — swapping of numbers
siri am using two numbers of vodafone [protected] and [protected]. last evening of 14.10.2009
arround 5 o clock my sim of [protected] get registration failed....i could not know how... mini store could not give me satisfactory answer .....without my knowledge how any body could do this...
to day 15.10.2009 i have to get issued a duplicate sim after paying Rs 55/=.....if i have not done any mistake why should i pay............
sir give me satisfactory answer as soon as possible....
