[Resolved]  Vodafone — Vodafone Complaints:::Not getting incoming call/SMS from last 4 days

This is regarding my post paid vodfone connMr Nikhil (Mobile No: [protected]) from Airtel has visited to Electronics Niketan our office on 02.07.2013 for airtel connection (special 200/300 with MNP).
He fill up my form and collect my document i.e bank account statement and PAN card copy with 250 security amount for porting my number i.e [protected] from Vodafone to airtel. After that he will not responding to anyone some of my other collogues are also port his number from their subscriber. He is not picking up his phone and not responding to anyone. Also we are getting any response of our request from airtel.
After two three days on 05.07.2013 I received call from Vodafone number: [protected] offering me best post paid plan and he will promise me that will not charge any security amount as well as he will cancel my porting request from airtel. And same day he will send an executive to my office his number is : [protected]. Again he collects my document and fills form for postpaid Vodafone connection. On 07.07.2013 my Vodafone postpaid connection is start working. Till that I was not received any call or message from Airtel.

On 08.07.2013 evening I have received a message from airtel i.e. Your Airtel services has been started. After that I’m not able to getting any incoming call/SMS on my Vodafone postpaid number. When somebody try to call it says ‘ the vodafone number is out of service’ then I have started calling in Vodafone customer care for the same all stupid guys sitting in the Vodafone customer care are advice me either u will switch of[censored]r mobile, or remove ur sim from ur mobile for 10 minutes and reinsert it or somebody told me check ur call forwarding. Or somebody mam server is not responding. At last they confirm nothing is in their hand and block my number for customer care then i'm not able to call customer care.

When I call the person who offer the same Vodafone plan to me the number is: [protected] he advice me go to the Vodafone store. When I reach Vodafone store on 10.07.2013 the executive available in the navyug market Ghaziabad Vodafone store advice me to firstly u should disconnect my airtel number after that ur number is automatically start working.
I have called from my airtel number to airtel customer care which is the verification call I told them please don’t verify and disconnect my number from airtel and same has been disconnect within 5 minutes.
After that when somebody try to call my number it says ‘ This is not a valid number.’
Its been happening from last four days I’m not getting my incoming call as well as sms and not able to send sms. Only my outgoing is working.

Please help me.

but i'm not getting that facility even after 24 hrs of recharge and the best part is i'm not able to

from past two days that too on christmas i dont know what happen non of the vodafone messages have be delivered to me ,i missed all my wishes greetings because of this bloody service .If i raise a complaint with

Vodafone — Stupid Customer Care Response

Vodafone was the best mobile service provider and in customer satisfaction before an year they were getting down in their quality these days.I called their customer care for caller tume issue where i selected one song but then they activated some other song and then charged the amount for the wrong callertune which i didnt choose.so when i called i spoke with Muthu Krishnan,Shiva Kumar,Arun Kumar and particularly the agent arun kumar is the stupid who is not at all responsive and i would like to tell that i am a loyalty customer for vodafone who loved their services before but due to that agent i hate their service now.

Vodafone Telecom — SMS not getting

My mobile no is [protected] it is vodafone no.
I am not getting any SMS & also unable to send group SMS thru my mobile.
After a lot follow up they are not giving me proper response & solution.
Still my problem is as it is; still I am unable to get any SMS on my mobile.
Customer care said that this is your mobile problem, but the actual condition is that I had change 3 mobile due to not receiving SMS but problem is as it is.

Vodafone services are extremely bad.
Problem is still pending that "I AM NOT GETTING ANY SMS"

Vodafone — Again they Demand Customer Verification Documents

Hi Sir/Madam

I m using [protected] no. I want to tell that vodafone again required my id proofs. And now they closed my outgoing calls. When i want to call on any other no. the voice telling me to call 111 but when i m going to call on 111 then a funny thing is happening its again telling me to call on 111.
"This facility is not available on your vodafone no, please call voadafone care on 111".
Where m i calling?????????????????????
If they don't want to talk with customers then they need to close the company.
One more thing, company is responsible to manage all the documents that we give to them. If they lost customers documents its company headache to restore them or find them.
That is not the way to close the outgoing calls, i have so many urgent calls to do.

I, Trishit Kanti Panda,mobile no: [protected], ported in vodafone on 4.5.2011. I summitted all documents required. I can not be able to any incoming call or msg from any other number. I connected the customer service many times. But they can not be able to solve the problem. Please help me to get out from this situation....THANK YOU..

Vodafone — No call/sms from Airtel on my Vodafone number

My Vodafone no is [protected].I ported it from BSNL to Vodafone.
But from the first day,I have facing the problem that I cannot get any calls/sms from any Airtel no.
If any airtel customer calls me it gives an error message that this number is not valid.
and if any airtel customer sms me it has been failed.
I have complained many times in Vodafone customer care,they told my to wait and wait many times from the 1st day but my no is completely ported more than 10 days ago.
But i still facing the problem,I fully frustrated,unsatisfied from Vodafone service.

When i am making a call to the same number the user is denying to reveal his details. This is Totally Irritating Me. I just want to know the details of the owner of that number.
