[Resolved]  Vodafone — Vodafone std not working since midnight

Since yesterday std calls are not working neither customer care no. Is working on vodafone network. I checked from 2-3 vodafone mobile in bangalore.

Ometime its just dis-connect without any reply or soemtime it says dialled no. Is busy while the dialled no. Is free. I also tried dialling my delhi roaming no. Which lies with me right now.

No notice or no info has been sent to customers through sms. Is this the way a multi-national company treats there customer?

Vodafone--Prepaid ,9873060930 — Doce were not submitted by dealer

On 1st April, 08 I bought a new prepaid connection from one the vodafone dealer from laxmi nagar. I submitted him all of my required documents same time. But yesterday my phone showing Sim Registration Failed, without any prior intimation ?
When I contacted vodafone customer care they said my docs were not submitted to to vodafone activation department. Its not my fault if docs were not submitted.
Because of disconnection my business got suffered and vodafone will be responsible for that...M going to consumer court to file case against Vodafone for the lose...

THIS IS MY THIRD MAIL, BUT HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY CALL FROM VODAFONE, I SUBMITTED MY DOCS SECOND TIME ON 7TH APRIL AT PREET VIHAR, NIRMAN VIHAR VODAFONE STORE, EVEN AFTER THAT MY OUTGOING AND INCOMING HAVE BEEN BARRED. ITS REALY VERY BAD THAT I AM SUFFERING BECAUSE OF THE NEGLIGANCE OF THE VODAFONE PEOPLE.

1. MY ALL WORK IS GETTIN SUFFERED BECAUSE OF THIS... TODAY I MADE ANOTHER COMPALAIT
(COMPL NO.[protected]. THIS IS VERY BAD EXPERIENC WITH THE VODAFONE.
2. YOUR VODAFONE STORE OF NIRMAN VIHAR IS IN VERY BAD CONDITION, NO ONE IS THERE FOR TAK ING CARE, HALF OF THE DESK GETS EMPTY AND MOST OF THE EXECUTIVE JUST DO TIME PASS WITH EACH OTHER... EVERY CUSTOMER HAS TO WAIT FOR 2-3 HOUR FOR HIS/HER TURN.

I REQUEST YOU TO RE-ACTIVATE MY NOS SERVICE ASAP. AND IMPROVE THE VODAFONE STORE SERVICES TOO.

Vodafone — Offer not working

I had recharged my phone with 1000/- before recharging I talked to Customer Care Executive (CCE)
who tole me that Rs 1000/- recharge voucher have following offers
full talk time
250 call vodaphone to vodaphone free
500 SMS free

Even after two day the additional facility has not been activated
when i contact CCE, one of the CCE told that this will be activated with in 4 hours
other one told me that it does not have these offers

please activate my outgoing calls

is it True or some kind of fake joke...
This is to inform you that we are not happy with your service. Because we are facing problem regarding the Vodafone connectivity since last 2 months in Nararin Manzil on 16th floor 24 Barakhamba Road Cannught Place New Delhi 110001. We complained in customer care so many times but we haven’t got any kind of response. They always give next date that your problems will be solved on this date but there is no response on that day. We again complained than they have same answer & your customer care people don’t know how to solve the problem. We already have three complained numbers, complained date, problem Solving Date and the person whom we spoken in coutomer care. If your are unable to solve our problem with in 4 Days than Sorry to say that we will stop using Vodafone connection & we will go with another connection.

Vodafone — Vodafone care number not working all times

Dear Sir,
I am Ramesh, tried reaching Vodafone care number +91 [protected] from my non vodafone mobile set for the past 12 hours, but to my surprise , i am getting a message that "Please check the number you have dialled."
In the website also, it is provided that

24/7 Support
Call Vodafone Care on
111 from your Vodafone mobile phone or on

any phone, anytime.


Please help
It looks like there is no care for the customer from Vodafone,
Vodafone is loosing its dignity day by day, you are true Napster time to change our service provider.
