HI Sir ,
In my journey on 4dec2011,from Chandigarh bus stand till Gurgaon,at 11.30 pm in a Volvo bus numbering Hr 68 7252, conductor took the fare Rs 600 till gurgaon but gave me the ticket till delhi which is approx Rs 510,and the rest of Rs90 went straight into his pocket,the conductor was quite thin and stood 6 feet 2-3 inches tall.
Kindly take a strict disciplinary action against such kind of cheating with the state government.

Volvo — Lost PAN Card

Hi,

My father and mother have lost their PAN cards.

I do not have the numbers.

How can I get dulplicate or apply for a new one.

Volvo — Wrong Ticket Charges

Sir:
I take the VOVLO bus service every day to my work & back.
On Thursday 4/11/2010,I took KA-01 FA-1697 from Babusapalya to the JP Morgan Stop,on the outer ring road.

TKT Details: Depot :Hebbal. Time 10:02am; No.[protected].

The ticket always costs Rs 30/- only one way. That day the conductor charged me Rs 35/- .I even told him that it is always Rs30/- but he did not care.He gave a ticket from Kalyannagar to Kadabisanahalli,when I actually got on from Babusapalya.

This is not the way to /treat/charge an outsider....is it because I don't know Kannada? That day the bus was fairly empty,so was he trying to make a quick buck?

Please coach them on some decent Hindi please & the way to behave !!
After all it IS the National language.
