[Resolved]  Voter Identity Card — voter Identity card

Dear sir

I beg to state that I have some in my voter i card - my name is vishal dubey & my father name is chhali prasad dubey but in printed of my voter card is birbal dube and my father name is khaliprasad dubey, I want to know what should i do, I was fillup the correctional form but we do not get any result and you the voter card is a very important, so sir please do some thing.

Hi All,

My self Dinesh singh sajwan applied for voter ID card 6 moths earlier and an acknowledge slip was issued by the receiptionest supporting document submitted. But after the submission of forms when I visited to their office, the clerk said that we don't have any record in respect to your application form and told me that there is no date mentioned on the acknowledgement slip earlier issued by the authority. Apart from it I have applied for voter ID for three times but the verification officer visited to me at once for verification. Can I get details how this department works and what did they do with my forms by three times and can I ask them to provide the status of my application and obliged them to make my voter ID available. Please advise.

Sir, I am the voter of Sagauli constituency no-11 Booth no-16. My voter identity no-HYJ1891092^ is on SL no-216 of part no-16. After taking of my photo by election commission, no voter identity card has been issued. Owing to lack of voter identity card I have to face many problems such as opening bank account, voting and traveling by train.
So, my request to you to issue my voter identity card as soon as possible.

Respect to humbil fau line sir . I am Ravi shanker ku jha s/o Sri Jawahar lal jha vill- sihorwa p s+po + Block - Ramgarhwa . I applid to voterId at sihorwa midel school in 2012-13 three time but my voter ID card is not Recive .I donot mind myformNO. Sir want to way of recive my ID card & solvedmy some problam .sir I am 32year old but iam not a vot. Sir plase taken action sir& give me Voter ID card .
