Vriti Interactive / Reliance Netconnect+ — Device is not activated, details not updated

I bought a reliance netconnect+ device for Rs.1599, 5 days back, I submitted all the necessary documents, till now its not activated. I was trying to call them but they're not picking up the phone. Then I went to a reliance shop to get the device activated, they said they couldnot activate it because my details are not updated in system. Then I called reliance customer care to find whether there is any other way to activate it, the customer care guy logged a complaint on behalf of me and said they'd get back to me after 2 days. Thats ok, atleast better than losing my money, though i dont know whether I'll get the service or get the money back or nothing.

Please don't buy anything from vriti interactive/connectindia.in .
