A sms is coming on my mobile from BP - ITIMES " [protected] Dear subscriber, your subscription would be renewd Rs. 5/ 7 days in 2 days to unsub, click http://wap.indiatimes.com/folloprx/follobsnldea.aspx.

and after 2 days they deducted Rs. 5 /- from my prepaid balance


some other messages also deducting amt. in similar illegal manner
I have not subscribed any service in my life

and when we goes to unsub the the service they do not receives the call and if receives then again they cuts charges again

what could a customer can do. we do not know
