[Resolved]  Electrolux — Washing Machine

I had purchased a washing machine(Electrolux Alpha Care F.Auto 5.5 Kg) from Great Eastern Appliances Pvt. Ltd. on 24.09.2008. Few days after the machine was delivered, the executives from the company service centre came in for a routine demonstration and after a thorough check-up, declared the machine non-functional, as there was a major problem with the motor. I immeciately lodged a complaint with the dealer and demanded a replacement of the machine with a new one of the identical model. On 07.11.2008 I was informed by the dealer that the company has refused to give me a replacement and now I am left with no other option than to buy a machine of a different make from the dealer.
As a customer I personally feel deeply hurt by the treatment dished out by both Great Eastern Appliances Pvt. Ltd and Electrolux Company.

I have registered a complaint regarding Electrolx washing machine on 1st december. The complaint number is 9A[protected]. It is still not attended. I had to call the service centre and the reply that I was given that someone had called the number on 2nd December (at 1.30pm) but there was no reply. While booking the complaint itself, I had specially requested that any contact that has to be done had to be after 5pm. The person at the service centre was also rude. I have called the call centre more than 7 times. Every time I am promised fast action. God knows what speed they are targetting.
This is very true, that this company has no standard over services. As company may be possible true to provide service, but their employees are not responding to customers positively. As practical reason to understand the problem and to give the satisfactory resolution by taking prompt action is the introduction of SERVICE, which I think Electrolux service team does'nt know. Company should take proper actions looking the customer complaint and react positively. As selling the produce is not one time relationship with customer, after that regular relationship and brand assurance is always to be commited.

I had also bad experience using Electrolux Kelvinator Washing Machine, product code : W/M 760SX LUXURY RED 6KG [protected] DATE OF PURCHASE 16/05/02. since after usage of around 1 year, Motor was replaced under warrenty, drier was worst in usage, one need to hold the machine while putting on drier mode due to it's heavy vibrations. otherwise it will not work.

Problem was never company had provided regular service, there was no regular service center locations, it was every time changed. MAXSHIELD ASSURANCE printed broucher I am having 7 years Assurance ( 2 YEARS WARRENTY & 5 YEARS SERVICE ASSURANCE, but still company employees does'nt know what is maxshield. )

Now I have got a manufacturing defect -- that is drier is broken with a loud volume like a blast while on usage at my residence. There is a big hole in drier and from there one can see the motor. It's the worst quality, I had informed to local service team, which is now responsible in VIDEOCON INDUSTRIES, they replied nothing will happen, though they had collected second copy of my purchase invoice. I think this people don't want to give resolutions knowingly.

One should never try to use such products which companies are not replying such cases.

The fault still we paid Rs. 221/-. But he promised, expert will come very soon as I am unable
To detect the fault. This is more than 25 days has gone, no one came to us to repair the washing
machine. Please help.

I bought Electrolux top loaded fully automatic washing machine in Feb. 2012.I lodge complaint No. EGZB[protected] regarding its top cover problem on 6th of Oct. 2012. But tilll now no action taken from their side.Your customer care staff as well as their senior staff behaves very rudely and give no answer. If i call in morning, they say to call in afternoon and vice versa. All said before buying electrolux washing machine "Don't buy from Electrolux",their service is very very poor.And now they are going to prove it.
I feel cheated and very very disappointed.
Washing machine sunddely stop then that time not working and i m call in call center in many time but no response in company.

RESPECTED SIR/MADAM,
I HAD PURCHASED SINGLE TUB TOP LOADING WASHING MACHINE FROM VIJAY SALES AHMEDABAD IN DECEMBER 2014.
THERE IS LOT OF COMPLAINT REGARDING TUB TOUCHING TO THE BODY OF THE MACHINE. I HAD COMPALINT TO THE CUSTOMER CARE & THEY SEND THE ENGINEER FOR VISIT TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM, AFTER 3-4 DAYS THE PROBLEM SAME APPEAR, IT HAPPENS WITH ME AROUND 5-6 TIMES.
I AM FACING A LOT OF PROBLEM REGARDING U R PRODUCT. PLEASE CHANGE THE WASHING MACHINE SO I CAN USE IT PROPERLY
