CESC — Load Shedding

Evry day electricciti is gone

Everyday facing the problem of loadsading. This is creating alot of problem please look into the matter.

I Kingshuk Ghosh work in Kolkata and I reside at Chandannagar and for the last 2 weeks (aperantly when the summer starts) the loadsheding has been increase much. It takes plase at the Morning, evenning, and also in the nights for atleast 8-10 times a day and the duration is approx one hour per phase. We are not able to sit returning from work, and in the dinner time, and also in the sleeping time, may I know the reason for the loadshedding as this is happenning in the 7 days of the week whether in CESC area we are not noticing no such issue with loadshedding. Please let us know the exact reason of such frequent power failure, as we can take necessary steps for it as it is not acceptable for the months.

I Prasanta Panda staying at Krishnpur from last two years, But i am facing loadsheding much more times when the summer starts. Where other places in Kolkata like CESC see no such type of loadsheding, CESC provide good service to their customers. Loadsheding takes 2.5 hours is it possible?

WBSEB is very very bad service provider. I am not seen that loadsheding takes place in mid night. That time is very important for people for taking rest.

Please let us know the exact reason of such frequent power failure, as we can take necessary steps for it as it is not acceptable for the months.

I sri Pratap Chandra Behera work in Kolkata and I reside at Kestopur. Last two week the load shedding has been increase in such a way that it is difficult to survive in a metro city like Kolkata.

I agree Power cut may be in during summary season but it is not acceptable if Power is cutting in Mid-Night and in the early morning.

The minimum requirement for human being to sleep comfortable in night so that he/she will able to do his/her profession work. But the city likes Kolkata the above difficulties happening frequently in the duration of summer.

So it is a very shameful for us to survive in such a metro city where as in all other small cities they don not has such power cut problem particularly in mid-night or in early morning.

If you compare with CESE with WBSEB in Kolkata then it is easily observable that WBSEB organization doesn’t have knowledge how to minimize the said problem at last it’s a Govt. organization. What common people will expect?

last night time just about 3 p.m. the current was gone, till now not yet come due to some reason, i think cable fault. Pl. rectify & relie[censored]s as early as possible.
