West bengal State Electricity DCL supply voltage 120-180 Voltage only. Most of the time average voltage 120-130 Volt and peak time voltage 120 Volt only. Due to this..
1. Electrical Appliances are damaged or may be damaged
2. Personnel requirment not meet(Electrical Applinaces not working)
3. Never they are not provided 220 volt supply voltage, this is the primary requirment.

Respected sir/mam
regarding power failure at my home.yestarday evening after heavy rain the power supply of my home was disrupted.regarding my problem i imformed to the customer care and today morning i was also informed in sector 4 regarding my problem but still now any action hasbeen taken.24 hours has gone and we are in dark from last night,no water in home.
kindly take this matter seriously and helps us.
