[Resolved] Western Digital — Not getting my Warranty Replacement | |||
Dear Sir/ Madam, This is to inform you that I send one Western Digital Internal HDD (Serial No: WCAV9D874255/ RMA No.:[protected] for warranty replacement on 8th Dec, 2012. As instructed by your customer care executive, one person came from FedEx courier service and collected the HDD from my place on 8th Dec, 2012. And on 14th of the same month I got a letter from Blue Dart Courier service in which the written was “Cargo Arrival Notice (Apex - Air)/ Consignment On Hold At Airport/ Contact Our Customer Care 22881234/ Demurrage Applicable On 7th Day/ Charges @ 1.5./-KG/Day(On Chargeable Weight)”. After that I contacted the above mentioned number and from Blue Dart service they said that I personally have to go to Airport along with a “Form 50A” to get my warranty replacement. After that several time I have talked to your customer care executive and several time they have said me that I do not have to go to Airport to get the replacement and as per your warranty replacement policy, the HDD will be delivered to my residential Address. Last Wednesday (26thDec, 2012) I also talked to your customer care executive about the same problem and that person assured me that within two working days the shipment will be delivered to my residential address but till now nothing has come.
