Dear Sir/Mam I purchased two items of whirlpool freeze and washing machine at the time of festival Diwali 2011.When i got delivery at home refrigerator was defected as handle scratched and other also.I call log for service with the help of shopkeeper,engineer come to see and say i again come to repair but till date engineer d'nt come back.I got service message on my registered no [protected] as satisfaction code is 161 SR no. JP[protected]. I complain two times on this email [protected]@whirlpool.com of whirlpool company but i d'nt got any response. Please provide service as early as possible.
