Machine not working, Major service isues
My name is Rakesh Shah. Our Whirlpool washing machine was damaged while replacing the inlet valve by the Service Technician from Whirlpool and as a result the timer was burnt. The Company has failed to provide the timer and has been harassing us since August 03. Their Call Centre and the persons with whom we have been ale to talk do not allow us to escalate our complaint to a higher level by not providing the addresses/ phone nos./ names of the senior persons responsible for service. They are also not refunding the money that their man took for the part when he burned the other part and rendered the machien unusable. This means we have to junk the machine and buy another which is a huge loss to us. Whirlpool is insensitive to our problem and their staff is uncooperative as well as cheating us by fitting used parts as new.
