I have purchased brand new double door refrigerator of whirlpool 280 L from Sales india ahmedabad in sept 2006, after 1.2 yrs suddenly freezing stopped, they have charged 1200 Rs for sevicing. ( they have replaced relay switch & gas) Now after 5 months of service again freezing stopped.
I am experiencing great service & product failure by WHIRLPOOL.
I suggest all the collegues & all the peoples NOT TO BUY ANY WHIRL POOL PRODUCT.

After about 6 days of repeated calls it was done and sent back to me It never did satisfactory cooling and repeated calls were not answered.Ultimately a technician came on 24/04/2009, gave me a bill of 1344.00, took a cheque of the same amount and there is no news from them till now. Today is 28/04/09 time 17:45 hrs
