inaction by service centre at Bangalore
We have a 2-door Refrigerator of Whirlpool make duly covered by AMC upto March 2011. The equipment is out of order since 4th June .We have complained anumber of times to their Bangalore Service Centre.So far, no attention has been paid by the service centre. The latest complaint no. is 3998 dated 10th June. The service centre staff (Mis vineeta) stated that the refrigerator requires replacement of compressor unit and at present it is ou of stock. and therefore, they cannot attend to our complaint. As the machine is out of order for more than a week we requested Miss Vineeta to take following interim actions:-- 1) provide a standby compressor unit from any of the working sets in their service cetnre un til their stock position improves OR 2) Provide a working refrigerator until our equipment is put.in order. I regret . to state that Miss Vineeta was not prepared to accept our suggestions.We are surprised that a reputed company like Whirlpool India have not placed adequate stock of essential spares at Bangalore We are further surprised that the local management sre reluctant to satisfy the customers by taking timely management decisions.
We request the higher management to look into our complaint and take immediate remdialssteps.
