Not working

We have purchased Refrigerator from WHIRLPOOL in November 2009, it has worked well for 4 months, in the month of April'10 Fridge stopped working, after complaining to service center, 5 days later they repaired, again now it has stopped working.
I request you to advise the WHIRLPOOL to replace the Machine.

SIR, IHAD PURCHASED MODEL 11799DLX5S FRIDGE 410LT FROM M/S ARSEE ELECTRONICS, PANVEL ON 6/10/2009.
SINCE LAST 10 DAYS MY FRIDGE IS NOT WORKING, COMPLAINT HAS BEEN LODGED, TECHNICIAN CAME BUT COULD NOT UNDERSTAND THE PROBLEM. I AM COMPLAINING TO DEALER FOR THE SAME, HIS RESPONSE IS ALSO NOT SATISFACTORY,
KINDLY DO THE NEEDFUL.
