I am a customer of Whirpool RO water purifier. I had launched a complaint on 3.1.12 (Complaint No. MB[protected]) to change the water purifier rod under AMC. I was informed by customer care that the engineer would reach by residence within 24 hours from the launch of the complaint. No one turned up for the service till the 10th of Jan and i recalled the customer care. This time i was been informed that in such cases where delay has occured in the service i would receive a call from Sonal [[protected]] and till date i am awaiting that call.
This is not the first time that is happening with me. I have called mutiple times in the past 2 years for the repair / maintanence work. This time i have decided not to renew the contract and advise people not to go for Whirpool products......hereafter.
