Whirlpool technician mobile number [protected] named Easwaran came on 3rd Nov'22 to do service of the RO. After service the tap that was not leaking before started leaking and i communicated the same to him, however he did not even have the courtesy to respond nor take action. I lodged compliant once again and another technician visited but problem is still not resolved. The service quality is now under doubt as the tap that was functioning...

I am a customer of Whirpool RO water purifier. I had launched a complaint on 3.1.12 (Complaint No. MB[protected]) to change the water purifier rod under AMC. I was informed by customer care that the engineer would reach by residence within 24 hours from the launch of the complaint. No one turned up for the service till the 10th of Jan and i recalled the customer care. This time i was been informed that in such cases where delay has occured...

I bought a Whirlpool RO water purifier of product Id 6317292 on 15-August-2010 from a well known dealer E-Zone at central mall in Gurgaon. The oil is coming in purified RO water from first day and
we have informed this many times to our E-Zone dealer which have not taken this seriously.
I request you to please take this matter seriously.

Very Poor After Sales
I had bought a Pure Fresh RO Water purifier in April 2008 and only after the lapse of few months their filters start cloging and they start asking for money on replaced filters.
Then comes the second phase where they start asking if the consumer wants to take an AMC for the product. after much persuation I took their AMC with membrance costing Rs.3, 849/- even after having the reciept and clearance of the Cheque they are not honouring...
