[Resolved]  Whirlpool Ro Water Purifier — Complaint no.GB[protected]--Installation of RO water purifier

Dear Conern,

How many more days it will take to resolve my complaint? , Inspite of many reminders and followups with your technician (Shayam-[protected]) and calls to your customer care no. my complaint not yet reached to the resolution.

During your technician first visit for RO installation he checked all taps and connections and he confirmed that Adaptor not available hence not able to install RO.

Today evening when he again visited he said he is unable to open the tap connection without trying to open it ,and asked us to connect adoptor by some plumber in late evennig and leave the my house without any instructions and adaptor.

I am highly dissatisfied with the services of whirlpool and it's technical team . I am loosing my trust to whirlpool.

I request you to please send some capable and eligible technician to install this RO else arrange to return this RO and refund my money.

This is in reference to the services of my complaint No. GB[protected] regarding installation of RO , I have puchased RO elite model and found
adaptor (some device which get attached in Tap) not available in the Pre assembly Unit , on asking from dealer he confirmed PSU comes sealed pack from co.
and said if not available will ask co. to provide but at this moment of time they don't have in spare but it 'll take 2-3 days time to arrange the new one.

Your technician who has visited for installation also checked properly but it was not available. he has suggested you can purchase from market which cost approx Rs 200
else arrange the same dealer. I have asked him if you have extra adaptor available pls install my RO , for that he said you need to pay Rs 250 Rs to the co.

I had only option available to wait for adaptor from whirlpool else pay extra money to avail the benefits of pdt. and I have asked your technician to come after few days post receiving adaptor from co.

I just want to share my experience with whirlpool , in just last one week i have not only bought RO but a 22 ltr Microwave(crisp model) also, I am not at all satisfied with the services given by whirlpool india at very initial stage.

I have spended a huge amount in both products and for just one missing adaptor ( just cost Rs 250)my RO could not intstall in given TAT ?

Looking forward positive response to my query. and Pls confirm how much time it will take to resolution my complaint.
