[Resolved]  Whirlpool / Washing Machine Agiss — Not repairing the machine after 2 months of it being taken for repair or not returning the AMC amount of Rs4090/-

I cr of Whirpool in Kottayam, Kerala ie Hitech Engineering who took Rs 4090/- from me in the name of an extended AMC. Now this machine has a fault within the AMC period and the machine has not been repaired even after two months. I am fed up with contacting this local fellow. So I thought of contacting the Whirpool official site. This site has got a complaint proforma and at the bottom there is a submit button which is yet to work. So I think the company as well as the local service agent is turning a blind eye to the customer.
