Dear Sir / Madam Whirlpool Washing NOT WORKING (more than 30 days) Complaint Numbers is given below : [protected] / 20 – March 2013 41668 / 23 – March 2013 44373 / 25 – March 2013 47480 / 27 – March 2013 [protected] / 02 – April 2013 I really need your help with this. Your engineer Mr. Rajan / Mr. Sunil 91 – [protected] called for the third time in the past thirty days to repair our (Whirlpool Washing machine 12303 and SPIN601 Model) at the above address, and I am still without a working machine. He was unable to carry out the repair once more because the spare part (type/description/ref) was again not compatible He himself confirmed that spare parts cannot able fix. Without Washing machine very difficult to handle the situation. Your engineers have been excellent as always, but without the correct parts they can't do the job required. Can I ask that you look into this to ensure that the next service visit, arranged for, resolves the matter? If not able to solve the issue, it is coming under warranty period you can very well replace a NEW Machine. Otherwise I can go for a legal. I greatly appreciate your help. Yours sincerely R. Whirlpool / Washing Machine — No response from the customer care team
This is the only company with worst customer care for the last 3 months i was been complaining about the washing machine but everytime they register complaint and give the complaint no. but no response, at last i was forced to buy new washing machine of other brand. if this is the case whirlpool can close the company rather than selling the products and trouble the customers.whirl pool- washing machine — not working -no response from company to rectify the complaint (during warranty period)
I have purchased a whirlpool washing during Sep 2008. The machine is not working for the past 25 days. I have made a complaint on 26.03.2009 through M/S Prince & co, CHENGALPET (TN) from whom the machine was purchased, vide compliant No. 40661. A technician has come and saw the machine. He said that a part is to be replaced which will be done shortly. Now many days are over, and I made complaint to the Chennai office many times. I had purchase a Whirlpool washing machine from Entearpraisess (Shop No - 31, Basrurkar Market, New Delhi Moti bagh -1 on the 01/10/2010. MY BILL NO.is 5290 That machine was properly not woking Whirlpool customer service officer whose complaint (09.11.2010) did. My complaint number is –D.L.-[protected] has no action on my complaint. Today has been without a hearing date to 12/07/2010.Once an engineer came to my home and took machine’s P.C.B with him.

Whirlpool-washing machine — Not working
Bought a whirlpool washing machine top loading last year . The shopkeeper had all good to say about the product and since whirlpool is a big known name in the market fell for it in spite of the very bad experince I had with their refrigerator which got repaired consecutively for three years from the first year of purchase. The service people from my town who used to be good before are running around not able to attend to the number of complaints off late. After repeated requests for two weeks they appeared and repaired the machine which worked exactly for two days and has gone bad again. I have again informed them today, but do not expect them to turn up soon. My experience with whirlpool has been expectionally bad and I vouch I shall never buy their product here in india. I hail from a town called trichur in kerala and my phone number is 2333288.If someone can help me please do that. Cochin is the nearest city for us. Girija Anantharaman
