Continuous complaints of machine stoppages,drum problems etc

We have an whirlpool automatic washine purchased in October 2007 in Chennai.The machine has been giving a lot of problems right from the start.A lot of complaints have been registered and attended but the inconsistency of the machine remains.Now,the customer care also does not register the complaints as earlier complaints are still open.The last complaint was given on 24th december2009 with complaint no.22693.but no one has attended the complaint.The call to customer care has been of no use yet again as the last complaint according to them( dated 14/12/09) is still not closed thus no new complaint will be registered.Whirlpool mamangement is pathetic and does not repond at all and keep diverting the calls to Customer care.

We need help to get either or money back or get a replacement of the machine.

We have an whirlpool full yautomatic front loading washine machine purchased in January 2006 in Patna ( Model no 9180. sl, no 1NB054903379 )The machine has been giving a lot of problems right from the start.A lot of complaints have been registered and attended but the inconsistency of the machine remains.Now, the customer care also does not register the complaints as earlier complaints are still open.The last complaint was given on 03-3-2011 with complaint no 263. and the machine was broght to Pana repair center but no one has attended the complaint. no new complaint will be registered.Whirlpool mamangement is pathetic and does not repond at all and keep diverting the calls to one man to other.The charges for components required for repair for Rs6800/ only has been deposited by me to the Whirlpool on 03.03.2011
