I bought a pair of woodland formal leather black shoe sometime in the month of June 2009. I did not used it for quite sometime. Last time when I was travelling I was wearing this shoe and in the airport I realised that the stitch was torn and a portion of the sole came out from the leather (upper portion). I had to organise another pair of shoe before the departure of my flight. Prior to this incident I have used this shoe for maximum of 5 days. Couple of days back I went back to the showroom and Mr. Bapi Chowdhary of the organisation could not handle the situation and started making contradictory statement. Then I had to speak to Mr.Harish Rawat who guided me exchange my shoe against a different model against payment of the difference amount. But due to no reason they deducted Rs.550/- from the value of my first shoe.

i really dn't have perfect words... wht to say for woodland shoes... this is the third time now...
first time i purchased woodland shoes... got vanished within a month... lost bill somehow so couldn't get exchanged... so purchased new one... also got vanished within next two months...again got vanished...again no bill...no exchange...
service and quality of Woodland have become so poor... that i switched to RBK... i knw that's little expensive bt at least they people give gud customer service...
can any one please advice me hw to get them exchanged... i don't know their customer care id...
