[Resolved] Woodland — Shoe bought from Authorized showroom and the Eyelets came out within 24 hours | |
Purchased shoe from M/s Aero Club, Lake city Mall, Kapurbawadi Junction, Godhbunder Poad, Thane (W). Model R1G 23777A O Footwear Leather costing Rs.2095/- after discount for Rs.1955/- C.Memo No.[protected] dt. 25/8/2013. On the very first day the 3 EYELETS binding the lace to the shoe came off. I being a Woodland Shoe user for the last 15 years made enquirres with other Dealers found that this Outlet of yours to be a SECONDS Store. No where in theshop is there any indication regarding the same. Also the price charged by this Dealer is more. I have give this shoe for repair in one of your outlets but I want a replacement and not a repair.
