Hi,
My name Sumit Patil I brought Wood Land Shoes before around 6 months ago for 2400 Rs, now my sole is cracked so i went to the retail show from where i brought this shoes, they took the shoes & they told me that as the shoes are under warranty they will get it repaired, after a month ia received a call from woodland that the shoes will not be repaired due do some reasons, take the shoes off, suggest me what to do .

I am Sreedhar T and I felt the need to write this complaint because of the following reasons:
I have bought a Woodland footwear from one of your factory Outlets on 11th July 2009 with its address as stated below.

It was just within a week that I had problems with the buckles coming off from the footware.It took a a month for the owner to fix this problem.Again a two days later I had the same problems with the buckles of the footware.Even this time, it is taking the owner more than three weeks to fix this problem and it has still has not been returned
I strongly believe that replacing my faulty pairs of footware would have been a permanent solution for the problem but the Owner of the outlet projected a very much recless behaviour which was not expected from a reputed brand like WOODLAND
I have preserved the cash receipt, which I feel is concrete proof of my authenticity
