Reliance Communications — Wrong Billing due wrong information by CCE

Dear Sir / Mam

This is reference to the services provided to me by reliance communications on my number: [protected] from Mar 09. I was using their unlimited (local & STD) postpaid plan "My truly Unlimited 995" from second week of March, But due to some non-requirement of this plan from 18th June '09 I had taken the following steps...

As per my requirements, I visited Reliance web world on 8th June'09 ( also made payment of Rs.1000 ), there I made request for migration of my postpaid plan to prepaid but it was told by their customer care person that I can't migrate my no: to prepaid before six month ( but the same was not told to me when I migrated from pre to post ). There they suggested to migrate my plan and informed me that your new plan will take 48-72 Hrs.to get effective after your request for plan change, I told them I have requirement of this plan till 18th morning of this month then they told to me no need to come over here you just give request on 16th morning of this month by dialing *222 to our customer care representative.

As suggested, I called customer care on 16th morning at 10:03 am and again confirmed from a lady representative ( don't remember her name ) about TAT for plan change, there also she told me " if you give request today your plan will work till 18th morning and assure me that I can avail my unlimited facilities till 17th June'09" . There I gave her two request :

1. Shifting plan from "My Truly Unlimited 995" to "Platinum 225" Request NO:[protected].
2. Deactivation of my STD SMS pack : Request No: 10101945.

She told me msg for your request will be send to you shortly.

But I did not received any message for my request, I again called customer care at 3:43 pm, and talked to Ms. Komal regarding my msg for request as well as again confirmed about the TAT for plan change, she told me that your request has been taken but due to some technical problem msg can not be sent to you and confirmed my request, she also confirmed me that I can avail my unlimited services till 18th morning and your plan will change any time between 10 am of 18th June to 10 am of 19th June (i.e. 48-72 Hrs), and you will receive a confirmation msg for your plan change.

I am well satisfied with the standard information provided to me at all the ends, but in the evening of 16-June-2009 at 8:02 pm I received a massage from "[protected]" that " Dear reliance mobile customer.as requested tariff plan has been changed to PLATINUM225 effective[protected]. Reliance".

Again I called customer care at 11:50 regarding pre activation of my tariff plan and talked to Snr. Representative Mr. Pradumn, he apologizes for inconvenience faced by me but he told me that your new plan will be effective from 17 th June only and he can't help in this matter. As requested by me he also launched a complain regarding wrong information provided to me by reliance representative Complain No : 10112189, but I did not received any message for this complain also.

As I was using truly unlimited plan my usage for a day was around 4-5 Hrs on Reliance STD numbers i.e. around 400 Rs with new plan, which will be billed on 17th June'09 to 18 th June '09 Morning.

Regarding this complain I just requested them to bill my account with my previous tarif[censored]pto 48 hrs of my request. i.e.[protected]:00 am) to[protected]:00 am) for this they reverted verbally that they cant wave off the billing as per previous tariff and i will be charged as per my new tariff.

Kindly help me in getting my correct bill.
