[Resolved]  CIBIL — Wrong CIBIL info

CONSUMER LOAN — my name is wrongly updated in cibil list

my name is umesh maurya i have a compalaint that i have not taken any consumer loan from any bank but my name is listed in cibil list and i m facing a problem so i want my name is deleted from the cibil list
my address is A1489/7 indira nagar lucknow

When I asked SCB bank customer care, they seem to be blank on this issue. They are unable to trace credit card number.

WRONG INFO BY CIBIL AGAINST MY NAME.
ON WHAT BASIS CIBIL TRUST BANKS INFO, WHICH CAN RUIN SOMEONES LIFE.

I have applied for a loan in AXIS bank and was informed that I have a CIBIL complaint (Complaint was for Credit card write-off Not sure what exactly that is, as per your records i have over due of Rs. 44610 for the credit card from 03/10/2005 ) for which my loan is not approved.

Please be informed informed that I had no credit card during that time. For the cards that I currently have, I made my payments regulary with out delays.

Request you to look into this and clear my name from the CIBIL list.

Hi,

With reference to control number 42, 17, 95, 970 I find incorrect write offs against my pan number.
Please let me know how can we get it corrected. Its unfair that the consumer is not informed while banks following unfair practice just report to CIBIL whatever they feel.

Dear Sir,

My name is K G MAGESH, I took a Personal Loan from State Bank of India MKB Nagar Bank, Chennai on 7th Feb 2006 and I preclosed the loan on 9th Oct 2009 and got the no due certificate (loan clearance letter) from the branch, but to my shock the bank has not updated the CIBIL on my closure of the loan due to which the CIBIL report was reflected with an over due of Rs. 8433.00. Due to this I was not able to get my Personal Loan processed with another bank.

I logged in a complaint to the SBI through the website and also faxed a complaint on 9th March 2010. Nothing happened till i met the SBI DGM (Nodal officer) K Subramaniam on 16th April 2010. Finally, with the DGM's pressure the Branch manager of MKB Nagar Branch sent the CIBIL correction report to CIBIL. But till date nothing has happened.

I wish to login a complaint against the bank for their delayed response and not doing their basic duty.
