Amchiemumbai.com — Wrong Product delivered at wrong time
I placed an order for 2 lbs Black Forest cake and 12 Roses which was listed for the cost of Rs 995 (http://www.amchiemumbai.com/birthday.htm). The date of delivery was July 15th 2010 in Mumbai. The order was for my 3 year old niece. I was completely disappointed with the order and their service because:1) The order was delivered at 10 pm in the night. Do they even know that 3 year old kids go to bed by 10 pm?
2) The order was for Black Forest cake. Instead they delivered pineapple cake. My niece is little picky about what cake to eat. She didn’t even taste that horrible cake. When the order was Black forest cake, why should the deliver pineapple cake?
3) The order said 12 roses. Instead they delivered some weird looking things which can be called as flowers in biology but in layman’s term, they are referred as garbage. I specifically chose roses because my niece is fond of roses. They don’t understand the difference between roses and garbage.
4) The delivery person was very arrogant with the host.
Sane people stay away from AmchieMumbai.com. I was insane, now I am different.

I had placed an order for a chocolate and flowers for valentine's day CART27063705 I had ordered this on 13th Feb 2010 to be delivered on 14th Feb. I had given the office address for the delivery to be made but the gifts were not delivered at all. I tried reaching on the numbers given on the site as well Customer Support at[protected]. andas mailing them at [protected]@yahoo.com. But to no avail. Their Merchant site id [protected]@ccavenue.com is fake
I have not only lost my money, but also my trust and confidence to do online shoppings.
I have seen many compaints against this website , I am no sure why this is still existing and faking people's money . Please take necessary harsh steps against this website/company.This site should be closed. And not allowed to carry out transactions.
This the long list of people complaining about the same site ... What sort of consumer court is this where no action is taken ... Give us an idea to complain to a more specific bureau where we can complain to shut the site down so that other people are not victimized!

I want to actually lodge a police complaint against these people for their reckless rude unprofessional attitude and very bad customer satisfaction quotient. Fraudulent when completely when it states delivery on the same day. DONOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE!!! "

Dear Sir,
I have placed an order as B'day Gift through Amchiemumbai.com, Order Number : CART21503945, was a Soft Toy on 13th June 2009. I called their customer care number : +91 [protected], just to make sure that the Gift Can be delivered on 15th June 2009, the lady who received the call told me that she will be calling me in 1 hour time with the details. I waited and made another call next day at around 2:00 'o clock afternoon just to make sure they are delivering the gift on 15th June or not. The lady starting shouting at me why I am calling her again she took the order no. again and without any reason started shouting at me and said I am cancelling the order and it won't be delivered. This is cheating, in my thought they are just fooling customer. I request you to take strict action against the owner of this site. Now I am in fix and already made the payment.

However, on the 27th the order did not come. He called a million times and the woman picked up the call once and cut the phone on the pretext of searching for the order details. The next time she put her phone off... I too the next day tried calling and was faced with the same response.
I have been trying to call them henceforth but there is not response the phone is cut or it is put off. I called on just dial too for their details but this company is not registered.

I am based in Goa, and ordered for a cake and a bunch of roses to be delivered to my fiance on valentines day. The package was never delivered and i have tried calling their supposedly 24x7 call center number and no one answers the phone.
Kindly let me know if there is a way to take them to task for taking consumers for granted. I have also checked online and found many people with similar problems faced with www.amchiemumbai.com and indiaflowerplaza.com and nothing seems to be done about it.
So please let me know if there some thing i can do.Also please note that www.indiaflowerplaza.com also is a part of the fraud as the customer service mail address is their and the to do not answer the phone when called.

FRAUD
An order was placed for 12 roses and 1kg black forest cake on the 13th july 2010 from amchiemumbai.com. This was to be delivered on 27th July 2010 but this did not come. The money was paid too.
The woman who handles the customer care (no: [protected]) does not answer the calls and cuts the phone each time.
They are cheating a lot of people and immediate action should be taken.

I placed my order based on the information given on the website www.amchiemumbai.com for an amount of 1703/-.
Unfortunately when the parcel was not delivered i tried to contact them and there was no response from the seller. They deliberately did not respond to telephone call after repated attempts and have not taken the money for the good which were promised to be delivered however have still not been delivered...
If we are truly working for the favour of the customer can someone please look into this matter and see what best can be done...

Wrong Product delivered at wrong time

I have placed the order for 6 roses of worth 289 Rs./-. The order was placed on 1 June 2012 and we were expecting to get the flowers on 8 June 2012. But, we have not received it yet.
My order details are - Order number -CART31191956 and the Product number - FFB0007
I have made the payment using my HDFC bank account.
I have not received the flowers yet. Also tried to contact their customer care number [protected], continuosly getting the messge that this is a wrong number. Also, dropped the detailed mail to [protected]@gmail.com, but no reply...
Also, I tried to check the status on their site at http://www.orderstatus.in/checkstatus.php
but this is givign me the message as "No Orders Placed"
As the money was already deducted from the account, it is really frustrating for me..
Kindly help me out in this regard.

"This is a fraud company. They take your money and if you are lucky will deliver something else. There is a lady customer care ([protected]) who yells at you if you ever dare to enquire the status of your order and hangs up the phone. I lost my money and reputation. I booked a Ferro Rocher Choclate box in http://www.amchiemumbai.com on the eve of Raksha Bandhan [Booked on 5th August].Its been two days now and the gift is not yet delivered. The amount is been deducted from my bank account.
I tried calling their 24 X 7 support number atleast 50+ times no body is picking the call and if by chance they pick also they are cutting the call without answering.
I mailed them twice but didnt get any response from them. Any suggestions what i should be doing next
I am really pissed of with the thing which they did that to on rakhi eve.
