on 2 july 2012 i hv taken a mobile handset (MICROMAX(X271) from online shoping "buytheprice.com" within one month the product malfunctioning. my newly handset has problem - not charging properly - switch-off after operating any keypad i hv tried to call the custumer care but got no response.
