Hi. my name Sambhu Nath Biswal, i have rechage online Rs, 50.00 it was promotionl offer from the freecharge.in, what happened my money debited in my ICICI BANK account but i don't get any mail clarification from them.Pls suggest me & i what to do now ?

a week ago i deposited 110/- thru my SBI A/c with freecharge.in for charging my vodafone mobile number but due some technical fault it was not done. I lodged the complaint through this site and my complaint was immediately responsed and the money was refunded within three days.
I am very thankful to them and confident of their authenticity.
I strongly advice the freecharge.in to improve their response through their own complaint email ID [protected]@freecharge.in. Complaints lodged through this ID become failior demon.
Further I have no doubts about their credibility.

Hi. my name Abhikesh, i have rechage online Rs, 33.00 it was topup from the freecharge.in, what happened my money debited in my SBI account but i don't get any mail clarification from them.Pls suggest me & i what to do now ? Suggest me.
