Tradus order ID: 1446893 Combo Offer: MoserBaer MBI 24FHD Full HD LCD TV + Moser Baer MBI 555 DVD Player Item ID: 566466 Booked LCD on 6th March 2011 on www.tradus.in Received LCD on 16th March 2011, it was defective. Complained both to tradus & moserbaer but no positive response yet. Tradus is always telling after 5-6 days. I want money refund. Was this information helpful? | |

Purchased LCD from www.tradus.in on 6th March 2011.
Billed by Livewire (Xelerate), Gurgaon dated 14th March 2011.
LCD delivered to me on 16th March 2011.
Found stuck red pixel on LCD.
Complained to Moserbaer on the same day.
Got replacement on 14th April 2011 after more than a wait of one month, & found out that the LCD was a used one with scratches on the panel. HDMI 1 Port not working, switches off after 4-5 hours o[censored]se & starts only the next day.
Although I asked for refund again on 26th April 2011 again got a replacement with defective LCD, green stuck pixel.
Not interested in replacement now, I want my full money refund.
After refunding the money in my account then only I will allow the LCD to be picked up.
Just been a waste of my time & money on phone calls !
