1)The complaint registered is totally false

2)Customer had given address of Pune in shipping details and placed order for Bangalore

3)Customer gave his own phone no of Pune instead of receiver in Bangalore

4)We called the customer for correct address but phone was not picked up, we sent an email, but never received an reply

5)We received the call and accordingly order was found for Electronic City which is 30 Km, we have mentioned our address in contact us page

6)The cake ordered was 1 kg and proper 1 kg chocolate truffle cake was delivered

7)We are manufacturer's and hence Cream never goes in Chocolate Truffle cake which is completely false

8)We have mentioned the disclaimer below the cake photo, that it will not look the same and any website nor bakery gaurentees you the same, look, size, decoration, it differs every-time as it is made by hand and every-time bakery chefs are new.

9)The complaint is totally false and trying to hurt the reputation of the company and website

I ordered a 1 kg cake and wine bottle from www.bangalorecakeshop.com/ site, they deliver the order on time but dont know with what products.It was completely different products from what they displayed in their site.The cake was so worst and some did not even tried it once.It ruined the entire b-day celebration.

This is completely fake site and dont feel in placing anything using this site.

The same thing happen with me, My order no. #3418, I again & again asked the concern person i should be pure chocolate truffle with three layers of chocolate, It was suppose to be five star quality, Cake was worst quality i ever had, It was not chocolate truffle. Only to mis guide covered with cocolate, I am posting photos also. it was cream layered & normal cake with drinking chocolate added & covered with chocolate, At the time with dilivery nobody will cut & see what is inside... very smart. This is their five star quality, Another thing is they delivered it in pack of LE meridian( bangalore) when i ask concern person he told me ask le meridian people, when i order to bangalore cakes where do the le merian comes? I think necessary action should have taken on this fraud bangalore cake service. Chocolate truffle five star quality they charge 1700rs . taste was also worst. I have complained their customer service but no use because all is fruad company. if they are saying this is their five star quality & chocolate truffle I will show them in market which cake is called chocolate truffle. i request everybody not to order cake from bagalore cake. In above complaint also their justification is totally falce. same they must be doing with everybody.

Wow what a confidence level... i again & again telling you you just come with me i will show you which cake is said chocolate truffle . I have 101 percent guaranty they are fraud & cheating people. It was not chocolate truffle or may be it is Bangalore cake's intervention of five star?? chocolate cake. Anyways i request all whoever are reading don't go Bangalore cake. They are charging too much more which they don't deserve. People please join me to stop this fraud,

same thing happened to me ...I ordered white avalanche cake and they sent some ordinary white cake and it was stinking like anything..that cake had smell of onion, garlic and asoefetida...then after i told them to take their cake back next morning they sent a cake somewhere similar to white avalanche cake...their cake wasn't baked because i could smell eggs in that cake...still i took a risk to eat it..but it was so bad that even after having a bit of that cake i puked.. and after having just that bit only i got cold sore in my mouth(herpes HSV2)...since that day to now im still on medication and doctor told me that it would take me around 3 weeks to heal...So that white avalanche cake wasn't only unbaked but also transferred me herpes Hsv2 virus..these people whoever is making their cakes are extremely unhygenic...Please don't order cakes from their site..they are frauds...and they charged 1500 bucks for that pathetic cake..when no one would take it for free.
