Yahoo / Msn & Microsoft Windows — Regarding 2009 lottery by Yahoo/msn & Microsoft Windows

i have received an E-mail from "[protected]@msn.co.uk" that I have won 2009 Lottery amounting 7, 50, 000 Great Britain Pound Sterling organised by Yahoo/msn & Microsoft windows. They told me to contact with Name:Mr Tee Jackson., Events Manager (Email:[protected]@live.com) to claim for the Prize Money. I corresponded to Mr Tee Jackson.and he further directed me to contact with Mr. Rox Kings, Despatch Officer of "All ways courier delivery express Inc". I contacted to Mr. Rox Kings and now I got a mail from "All Ways Courier Delivery Express Inc"([protected]@live.co.uk). He told me to pay an amount before delivery of Parcel. It is a big amount. How can i pay it before delivery of parcel.
Is it genuine of fake mail?

Sir I just want to know that there is such kind of any Lottery Provision made by YAHOO/MSN & MICROSOFT WINDOWS or there exist any courier company with such a name(All Ways Courier Delivery Express Inc).
Please tell me what to do. Is it genuine or fake mail?

They don't really run lotto or any kind of Sweepstake? Just curious, and why mostly
in London that mostly send a Notification To Winners. Like I receive last February.

That i know is a complete hoax.
