The Yamuna express way authority & Axis Bank are playing games by delibratly extending the date of draw. The applicants are paying extra amt. of interest, if the plot size was to be increased & maunal draw wasn,t possible, was the authority sleeping before that dont have a software to carry out draw. This is a serious issue of extracting money from the appilcants in a wrong way. The Supreme Court or the Consumer Court should look into this. Was this information helpful? | |
