[Resolved]  Yatra.com, Hotel Booking — false assurances and hence loss of money

Please refer to the correspondence below and please dont believe in the words of yatra representatives for refund amounts.while booking the hotel they will be after you with a phone call every minute interval and after that they will disapear and your will be listening to music for hours together when you call to theier customer service with any issues...so that the cusotmer will fed up with the music and with the never ending call..

So its aloss of money and time all together

Dear Sir,

Please refer to the below mentioned booking.

The revised stay at my hotel is as below

Check in date - 02/06/09

Check out date - 04/06/09

So as per the above i have spoken to the hotel representaive regarding
refund of amount for 0ne day.It was informed by him that the original
invoice will be sent to yatra and the one day amount will be refunded
to me through yatra as the same was booked through yatra.

Please update me the status of the same and refund the amount at the earliest
