Yatra Online — Please refund my Money-Ticket not booked money deducted from the A/c
Dear All,I had booked a ticket from Banglore-Delhi on 15 feb 2008 from yatra .com for Jetlite S2-234 my yatra refrence number is 9LA6QG in the name of Shweta Singh. on the air port i was told that there is no ticket booking by Yatra on my name & Yatra people have not released the payment for the ticket booking to Jetlite.
i had to book another ticket & i had to pay extra 2000/-for booking another flight as it was an urgent visit to Delhi.
forget about the Mobile bill which i spent on contacting these people & how much running around has been done my be on the flying date.
My money is still not refunded & i ve been left without any information.
