Non Refund of Money
Subject :- Non Refund of money of the ticket Guwahati to Aizwal dated 30 may 2011.
Sir,
I have not availed the journey from Guwahati to Aizwal due to cancellation of the flight on 30 May 2011 PNR-JMEZTO . After cancellation of the flight I approach to the Jet airways counter for the cancellation of the ticket & refund my money.They cancelled the ticket & told me that money come in your account by net banking .But I have not received refund till date. So I request you to help me to refund the money with the all correspondence expanses from last 6 months & harassment value to the consumer.
