I went to Yo! China Basant Lok, the food served here is disastrous n tasteless...it is not the food to be served by a Chinese restaurant, it tasted as of a road food..and they say they serve authentic Chinese food... yo china basant lok is not worth spending your money...

We went to Yo China restaurant at Greater Kailash and the food and service were both below expectation.
First, the waiter took the wrong order and then the food which came 30mins after ordering, was cold.The manager of this particular outlet needs to take his job more seriously.The service was unsatisfactory
and so was the food.All in all, i would say it was money and time wasted on the worst Yo!China in Delhi.

It is a similar story with me. I think they have franchisees who are not at all bothered on the brand image,
They served dumplings in 25 mins time and the stuff was rotten.
I asked the guys that please do not take any order if the stuff is 3 hours old but I got something which was atleast 48 hours old.

Hi few weeks I visited to your outlet in jammu wave mall I ordered few items but I was totally unsatisfied I found to or three staple pins in the food. And today as well is full of red chillies and the quality size was not in proportion. Bad service.
Yesterday we visited yo.china. the food quality and taste was below average. The signature drink was waste of money. Therer were four kind of taxes. Bill attached. Service charge was 10% which amounted to rs 133, exorbitant. Could not attach the bill.
