I have purchased Zero B water purifier at Bangalore and shifted to Ankleshwar, at the time of purchase it was commited that three free services will be done in first year of purchase, only one service completed at bangalore, and after repeated communications on customer care no I'm not getting any service at Ankleshwar with the reason that they don't have service station at Ankleshwar.
This type of reply is not expected from a reputed company like Zero B and when it is related to drinking water.
