[Resolved] BSNL modem — Applying unfair charges

My landline no is[protected] and I have deactivated the above mentioned service long back by sending a request online. But still in the bill of March-2013, they have applied Rs. 138.38 as a charges of Feb-2013. How far it is fair or justified ? They should Just check their record first. My money is not so cheap to waste like anything. This is the last time I am warning BSNL for such cheating act.In future I will take them to court of LAW.

BSNL modem — Modem pages not opening.

When i open the page 192.168.1.1 it asks for username and password.When i entered it as admin, it continously asks me again and again and finally says "Protected Object-The object in this ROM page seve is protected".I cant even enter my modem page..help me...

BSNL SENT LANDLINE BILL OF RS 1219.00 WITH LAST PAYMENT OF RS 420.00. BUT PREVIOUS BALANCE AND ADJUSTMENTS OF RS 1192.12 & 14.00 RECPECTIVELY PRINTED HERE HAS DELIBERATELY BEEN SUMMED UP AS I HAVE NEVER LEFT MY BILLS UNPAID OR LEFT ANY DUES.
